The Reward & Incentive Audit

The Reward and Incentive Audit is an important first step for companies with recognition and incentive programs in place. The audit will help you identify all current R3 efforts and determine if existing programs are aligned with the company's broader business strategies, goals, and objectives.

Through this procedure we will work with you to better understand how to best optimize administration and program returns. Tools utilized during this step include work flow diagrams and flowcharts of program processes for an at-a-glance understanding of your recognition program operations and opportunities for improved efficiencies. Detailed program analysis reports are also utilized to analyze and communicate a review of current program administration, costs of performing specific activities and whether they are high or low relative to other organizations, analysis of redemption trends, and assessment of the "motivational effect" of your program(s).

The auditing process will specifically identify opportunities for savings or increasing effectiveness for equivalent costs. In short, the audit allows you to gain an understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities of your current R3 programs.
