We value opportunities to show our love and support to our community by making weekly deliveries for Meals on Wheels, participating in build days for Habitat for Humanity, and greeting servicemen and servicewomen during Welcome Home a Hero at DFW International Airport.
Closer to home, Inspirus employees work together for the common good by picking up trash during Keep Fort Worth Beautiful and collecting gently used clothing for the Salvation Army — all in an effort to do our part.
Another way we give back is by offering socially responsible products in our catalogs, Rewards Done Right. Examples include handmade items from organizations that employ disadvantaged single mothers who want to improve their lives, and products created by micro-business owners in third-world countries.
As an Inspirus client services account representative, Jennifer Long provides caring and genuine service to each and every client. Our team gets to pay it forward by helping to provide Jennifer a home and a brighter future.
Jennifer and her two sons are counting the days until they move into their new Habitat for Humanity home. “We’ll finally be able to stay settled in one place and have a solid home,” says Jennifer, who has been with Inspirus for five years. “It means so much to me that my co-workers have volunteered to help build our new home this spring.”

We care about our people, and our CARE team proves it every day.
Sure, we spend most of our workday thinking about how we can care for our clients. But at the same time, a remarkable team of Inspirus volunteers — the CARE team — tends to our people.
The CARE team plans, organizes and hosts monthly activities that promote a culture of fun and caring. Picnics, pancake breakfasts, Wii bowling tournaments, baseball games, family day at the Fort Worth Zoo and Cinco de Mayo hot sauce competitions are just a few of the fun ways we blow off steam and bond with our fellow co-workers.
