Program Design

Once a strategy and philosophy for your recognition program has been developed, we will jointly work to determine the specific behaviors we want to include in our R3 efforts, and design and build specific programs that reward those behaviors. Each program, be it one that targets specific employee groups, or one that simply recognizes good work, must have a set of rules by which rewards are given.

Based on our industry experience, we will help you craft recognition programs that challenge and engage employees and not discourage them with unrealistic performance expectations. We will also work to create "reward equity" across the organization so that one division's or business unit's reward structure is not perceived as overly rich in comparison to another. Program rules, eligibility, award recommendations, and budgeting will all be addressed during this step.
