How long has Inspirus been in business?

Inspirus has a century-plus history offering solutions to recognize employees. The company was begun as Diamond H in the late 1800s to supply watches to railroad conductors for their service to the company. Inspirus gradually grew to supply a personalized service award recognition moment and the enterprise total recognition solutions it offers today.

    Inspirus technology is used to design, develop, and manage recognition programs. Unlike other platforms, our technology brings together recognition programs from across an enterprise onto one platform that can be centrally managed and administered. In many market-leading companies, fragmented recognition efforts are being combined to create a central workforce recognition solution. Moving to enterprise total recognition allows organizations to combine programs and recognition initiatives in order to align recognition goals with enterprise goals, and to develop programs that will deliver measurable ROI.

    What is the first step in implementing a workforce recognition solution?

    The first step in implementing a workforce recognition solution is usually to assess the current recognition efforts or needs. Are recognition programs currently in place? If so, are they producing the right behaviors? If you do not currently have recognition programs in place, what are the overall goals and objectives of the organization? What kind of recognition programs can be implemented to inspire these behaviors? Once the situation has been assessed, a recognition strategy can be developed to accomplish the necessary objectives.

Companies with successful programs make a concerted effort to monitor, measure, and then readjust its recognition programs as needed. As a business' goals and objectives evolve over time it is important to measure and ensure the recognition program is producing results that are consistent with your goals.

    Award Return Policy

    Gift Cards

    Any gift cards that are purchased from Inspirus through any of our Web sites are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    Redemption of points for Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Visa Debit Cards are final sales transactions. Due to the nature of these products, the comprehensive information provided on the catalog Web site and our excellent customer service, it is rare that any of these products do not meet the recipient's expectations. The no-exchange policy is clearly stated in the Web catalog and again at the time of order placement.

    What if a gift card, gift certificate or Visa debit card shipment is not received?

    We are not responsible for the replacement of gift cards, gift certificates, or Visa debit cards that are not received due to the customer's failure to provide accurate delivery information, including physical addresses and e-mail addresses. Undeliverable mail that is returned to us by the shipper will be held for 30 days. If the customer desires to have us resend such returned orders, then re-shipping charges may apply. These re-shipment fees will be equal to 10% of the order total plus FedEx shipping fees, to be charged to the recipient's point balance.

    If an order shipped via UPS, FedEx, overnight express mail or another common carrier has not arrived at the customer/recipient's shipping location within seven days of the shipment date, Inspirus may cancel and replace such order, provided that the intended recipient submits to us a properly completed form: “Affidavit of Claim for Lost Gift Card or Certificate.” Upon receipt of the affidavit, and provided a balance remains on the gift card(s) or certificate(s), we will initiate a review process. Depending on the outcome of such review, the certificate may or may not be replaced. If replaced because no fraud or abuse is found, then there would be no charges for the replacement. Any “Affidavit of Claim for Lost Gift Card or Certificate” must be received within 60 days of the original order date. To initiate an investigation for a missing shipment, the customer or recipient should call customer service.

    Service Award Gifts

    Inspirus is proud to offer the industry's best warranty policy. All Inspirus-manufactured products are guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship for life. All other sourced products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.

    Any gift order may be returned for exchange at any time if the item is defective when received and must be reported within 90 days of receipt. Please contact the Inspirus Customer Service Department about your damaged or defective merchandise at 1-888-332-7110 to request an RGA number and prepaid FedEx shipper label.

    We offer a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If a recipient is not fully satisfied, merchandise may be returned to Inspirus for exchange within 90 days of receipt with no questions asked. We send a PPL for tracking capability when something is being returned, and all we require is that the merchandise be returned in the original packaging and in new condition.

    What if there is a problem with my service award?

    Please contact the Inspirus Client Services Department about your damaged or defective award. The toll-free number, 1-888-332-7110, is provided with all awards. Do not attempt to return an award without contacting the Client Services Department. Client Services will provide you with the information you need to return your gift. Returned items should include a note outlining the specifics of the problem and where the replacement should be shipped. The time it takes to repair an item varies on the product and what is being repaired. Returns must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.

    If you receive an award that has been damaged in shipment, please contact Inspirus immediately. Do not discard any of the shipping materials, as they are needed to file a claim with the shipping company.

    What if I want to exchange my award?

    If you prefer to exchange your award for another selection, please phone Inspirus Client Services within 90 days of the supervisor's presentation, or receipt at the alternate address. Inspirus will provide you with a document to help you complete the return process. Exchanges after 90 days of the supervisor's presentation or delivery at the alternate address must be cleared through your service award administrator. Only awards that are in new condition with all original packaging and paperwork can be returned for exchange.

    Can I replace my award if it is lost in transit or stolen?

    Your award can be replaced upon written approval by your service award administrator.
