There is a significant body of behavior-based performance science that supports the fact that if behaviors can be observed and recorded, they can be measured. With the measurement parameters in place, positive consequences delivered through structured R3 programs can be linked to individual employee behavior that support corporate strategy.
The Inspirus™ platform allows our clients to gather and use specific and quantifiable measurement data including such indices as percent participation in a program, the overall registration rates, the recognition frequency rates, and the number of recognition contacts of "touch points" that occur.
Program Management services include developing a customized total recognition scorecard which identifies the relevant key performance indicators for total recognition in general, specific program metrics, management goals and accountability, as well as system related activity.
