I believe deeply in this company. I believed in it even before I acquired Inspirus (then still called Diamond H) in 1997. Before that, I had been a Diamond H customer. I experienced firsthand what it's like to be recognized for years of service, as well as to administer an entire service awards program.
In that time, I became passionate about the essence of this industry: the importance and value of recognizing people — every individual — for their contributions to a company.
