New Advancement in Service Award Management

Diamond H launches the Virtual Assistant 2.0, a new evolution in back-office management and reporting for service awards.

FORT WORTH, Texas (June 29, 2009) –Diamond H, a leading provider of total recognition and service award programs, has launched an all new version of its popular Virtual Assistant back-office service award management portal. The Virtual Assistant 2.0 brings about many new features specially designed to support the evolving needs of recognition program managers and executives.

The Virtual Assistant 2.0 delivers an entirely new look and feel to aid in site navigation, new on-demand features to support award presentations, new and improved reporting and filtering options for on-demand reporting, and increased budgeting capabilities. “We’re very excited about this new evolution of the Virtual Assistant. As many of our customers are being asked to do more with less, we believe this upgrade will aid in the management of their service award programs,” stated Diamond H President Michael Cobb.

The original Virtual Assistant was the industry’s first back-office reporting solution, offering Diamond H customers a way to better manage their service award programs on a day-to-day basis. “When the Virtual Assistant was first launched, it quickly became the industry standard for managing service award programs. The launch of version 2.0 will raise the bar even further, setting a new standard for recognition program management,” stated Andy Davis, Diamond H InspirusTMDimensions Product Director.

The Virtual Assistant 2.0 is a component of the InspirusTMDimensions platform. Dimensions is a completely integrated service award platform that provides a branded and personalized recognition experience to employees celebrating their service anniversary.
