New Certifications for Employee Recognition Best Practices
Diamond H congratulates three new Certified Recognition Professional graduates, certified on employee recognition best practices
FORT WORTH, Texas (August 5, 2009) - Diamond H Recognition, a leading provider of enterprise employee recognition and service award programs, would like to congratulate its three most recent Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) graduates, Jodie Miears, Colleen Umathum, and Lesa Blakey. The CRP designation is a certification by Recognition Professionals International (RPI) for individuals that participate in special training courses on best practices in employee recognition.
“We are very proud of the initiative and determination of our team members that have obtained this significant industry certification on employee recognition. This certification is a great compliment to the recognition best practice initiatives our team members are involved in on a daily basis,” stated Michael Cobb, Diamond H President. The certification process is a four stage process that consists of classroom style training courses as well as four certification exams to test the participants’ knowledge of employee recognition best practices. The training and examination process is heavily focused on case study and real world analysis of recognition best practices designed to increase employee engagement and employee motivation.
The three recent graduates join a large group of enthusiastic Diamond H team members with the CRP designation. Diamond H currently has one of the highest percentages of CRP graduates in the employee recognition industry, and looks to continue to pursue and define best practices in the employee recognition.
