Diamond H Names New Vice President of Sales for Texas
Industry Veteran Jeff Sherman to Lead Company's State-Wide Sales Effort
FORT WORTH, Texas (April 1, 2008) — Diamond H Recognition, a leading provider of total recognition and service award programs, has named Jeff Sherman as Vice President of Sales for Texas.
He joins Diamond H from The Miller Company, a performance improvement and recognition agency, where he served as chief operating officer.
"Jeff brings extensive experience in total recognition to the company," said Diamond H President Michael Cobb "experience that will help us re-define our sales strategy and processes while contributing significantly to our growth."
In his previous position, Sherman was responsible for running day-to-day operations including the marketing, program management, purchasing, accounting and finance departments. Before that, he worked at Verizon for over eight years, where he held positions of increasing management responsibility, primarily in product management and finance. He holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University.
