Key Services Available
SMART Start Workshop – Our SMART Start Workshop covers key recognition system launch activities including project setup, defining system roles, setting up a budget, creating a transition plan, creating a program inventory.
Recognition in a Box – This kit provides “how to” knowledge at the most basic level. With our Recognition in a Box module you will be able to take the tools we provide and implement them within your organization. Some resources included are a change management plan, communication plan, training plan, measurement model, and launch plan. Also included are sample communications that can be modified to fit your organization.
Recognition Audit Lite – Light in requirements and heavy in value, our Recognition Audit Lite includes materials from the SMART Start Workshop and Recognition in a Box. In addition, we will also work with you to conduct an intensive discovery process citing all forms of recognition currently going on within your organization, conduct stakeholder interviews, develop an overall recognition strategy based on the research, and provide a comprehensive plan for implementing recognition within your organization.
Recognition Audit Advanced – The advanced Recognition Audit includes everything in the basic version, but includes a broader look at additional stakeholders, benchmarking analysis, measurement modeling, recognition system administration recommendations, financial analysis, recognition focus groups, and employee surveys.
