Director of Sales Operations and Productivity
Manage and lead the sales productivity team by overseeing sales strategy, operations, enablement, training, CRM (Salesforce guru-is a plus), sales process, sales cadence including annual kickoff, President’s Club, RFP process, reporting, commissions, sales plans, account based strategy, contracts and metrics.

Core job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the sales productivity/operations team
  • Oversee sales strategy, quotas and goals
  • Oversee Salesforce.com administration
  • Work with Finance teams on quarterly and annual sales forecasting
  • Own sales certification and enablement
  • Own sales cadence including annual sales kickoff
  • Manage the RFP process
  • Develop and execute sales reporting and commissions
  • Develop key metrics and create dashboards for reporting

Travel: 20% of the time to various quarterly business reviews

Education and experience:

  • Two years managing sales operations, productivity or enablement
  • Two years of experience with Salesforce.com administration or management
  • Two years as people manager
  • Four-year College degree required
  • One-year of RFP/RFI project management, oversight or process

Skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience running commissions and sales plans for a team larger than 15
  • Sales strategy including but not limited to account based selling, international expansion, territory plans, upsell and retention, SaaS land and expand models, 36 month forecasting.
  • Strong business/commercial acumen
  • Experience running sales meetings, training and annual sales kickoffs.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and produce top notch RFP’s for enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to manage risks, priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Results-oriented with a positive outlook
  • A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance and that of their team members

Director of Strategic Accounts
The role of the Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA) will be focused on revenue growth at existing accounts.  As the overall business owner of the account, this role requires strategic planning and consultative selling, successful onboarding, and a detailed understanding of our technology - while interfacing with some of the most senior decision makers at the client. 

This position associates exceedingly strong account management, business development and communication skills with the ability to gain internal credibility and to collaborate with client stakeholders across multiple business units including but not limited to Finance, Sourcing/Procurement, IT, Operations and Human Resources.

Preference given to candidates living near a major airport in Dallas, Denver or Atlanta.

Core job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Articulate the company value proposition to both business and technical users at the senior level both online and in face to face meetings
  • Expand and grow the Inspirus services and products within assigned accounts to increase revenue
  • Identify opportunities and engage Solutions Architects for program discovery
  • Manage Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Expectations Meetings with clients, meeting agendas, presentation and follow up
  • Manage and participate in weekly status meetings with external and internal stakeholders, meeting agendas, presentations and follow up
  • Lead client relationship with Program Management, Client Success and other support teams as necessary
  • Communicate platform enhancements, downtime, and platform performance issues to client stakeholders when appropriate
  • Understand & guide the client through the entire launch and onboarding process
  • Negotiate and oversee all contracts, SOWs, documentation and timelines
  • Complete Account Reporting
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to Log any defects, or issues for resolution
  • Maintain accurate and current account records in Salesforce.com

Travel: 50%

Education and experience:

  • Four-year BS/BA degree preferred
  • Minimum three years of experience in SaaS sales
  • Experience managing moderately complex sales process

Sales Development Representative
Sales Development Representatives are driven and competitive individuals who focus on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our sales team. Education and experience:

  • 1 year of sales or professional experience, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Preferred experience in a sales development role
  • College degree preferred or currently enrolled in college program

Skills and qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in the form or emails, presentations, and phone calls
  • Proficient at Social Media - including Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Demonstrated ability to target, identify and qualify 15 new companies per month for the new business team.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
  • Self-disciplined, organized and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives

Product Owner (SaaS Software)
Inspirus is looking for a Product Owner who has a passion for building and deploying engaging and well-designed products. Product Owners at Inspirus provide direction and vision to the Product Operations and Technology teams that are defining the next generation of our products. They are responsible for managing the product vision with the goal of maximizing employee experience, customer expectations and business value. Product Owners at Inspirus will direct and execute a wide range of activities across the product lifecycle from inception to managing products in market. The best candidate will be able to proactively guide the design, development and support of features on our core products as well as anticipate and prioritize business needs of the team. Superb time management skills, an optimistic and productive attitude toward work, and the ability to work with a combination of remote, local and off-shore teams is a must. The Product Owner reports to the Team Lead for Products.

Responsibilities

  • Guide projects through development and bring high quality product enhancements to life
  • Work with Product Strategy, Directors of Strategic Accounts, Solutions Architects and customers to gather business requirements and create functional design specifications.
  • Work closely with Product Strategy to conduct activities such as market research and pricing studies to understand needs and align overall User Experience initiatives as well as an overall product roadmap.
  • Work with Product Analysts, part of the Product Operations organization, to support story development and requirements creation.  Work with the Director of Product operations to guide overall development prioritization.
  • Interact with the Technology team and throughout the SCRUM process in order to make sure all product information is shared effectively and in a timely way.
  • Work closely with Marketing on the presentation and positioning of new features and solutions.  Interact with Sales to support training and market deployment of new products, features and solutions.
  • Understand our customer and business needs and translate that knowledge into continuous enhancements for Inspirus’ products.
  • Collaborate with different parts of the organization to define the solutions that will have the highest impact on the business plan and manage multiple parallel initiatives
  • Bring creative problem solving and an innovative mindset to challenges
  • Identify and analyze data and customer feedback/research to define problems, measure results, and prioritize competing opportunities
  • Define and track metrics critical to success of product features
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical constraints
  • Adapt and remain flexible to changing priorities and consider new ideas while having the business’s success firmly in focus

Skills and qualifications

  • 4+ years of software product management experience, specifically mobile or web based services
  • User Experience centric mindset and approach
