Inspirus and University Hospitals Health System Partner Together for a Five-Year Contract Extension

UH is a leading health care system that serves the Northeast Ohio region.

This new multi-year agreement between Inspirus and University Hospitals is a testament to Inspirus’ ability to develop and deliver best-in-class employee engagement programs. Since 2010, Inspirus has cultivated a long-standing and successful relationship with University Hospitals, providing essential employee recognition programs aligned with their people strategies and initiatives. In 2021, University Hospitals received two Recognition Professionals International (RPI) Best Practice Standards® Awards for Standard 5: Recognition Training, for the organizations’ utilization of training and learning to create a culture of appreciation and recognition, and for Standard 7: Program Change & Flexibility, for University Hospitals' short-and-long term engagement philosophy and strategy, resources, and platform to drive engagement and ensure cultural alignment.
