Flexibility Policy

Inspirus strongly promotes improvement of the quality of life of our customers and our employees which allows each and every one of us to have a healthy integration between work and personal life. Therefore, we established policies that provide employees with flexibility. Examples include:

  • Permitting flexible start schedules and floating holidays
  • Allowing children at work for short periods when families have a scheduling issue with daycare or school events,

  • Lactation Room for Nursing Mothers
  • We offer nursing mothers a quiet private place to continue to support their Quality of Life and manage their needs.
