Tatiana Frierson
Chief Executive Officer

Tatiana joined Inspirus in July 2019 and serves as chief executive officer of Inspirus and Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, USA. She is a results-proven executive recognized for delivering award-winning innovations, operating efficiencies and superior customer satisfaction.

Tatiana has more than 25 years of progressive management achievement from Dell Services (formerly Perot Systems Corporation) spanning IT, HR and business disciplines—including all aspects of IT operations, services and solutions for global, multi-location, market-leading companies in diverse industries. In 2014, Tatiana joined the Hewlett Packard team to focus on growing the BPO business, then moved into the role of account general manager for the energy, oil and gas industries in the Americas for DXC Technology (formerly Hewlett Packard Enterprise), focusing on enterprise-level accounts.

Tatiana obtained an MBA from Texas Christian University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from The University of Texas at Austin. She is also a certified Project Management Professional.

 

Lionel

 

Lionel Koch
Chief Financial Officer

Lionel joined Inspirus in December 2021 and serves as Chief Financial Officer for Inspirus and Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, USA. He has 25+ years’ experience in the financial services industry, spending the last 17 with Inspirus’ parent company, Sodexo. Lionel rose through the ranks to hold positions of Finance Manager, Controller and Country CFO for Sodexo managing €100 million revenue and a diverse team of 25 expatriates and Saudi nationals in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Prior to that he held various finance and data positions within Sodexo, Grey Global Group and Vivendi Universal Publishing. 

Most recently, Lionel held the position of Senior Finance Director at Sodexo in North America, for Energy & Resources. Here he was responsible for improving business unit processes, performance, and profitability — improving it by 1,465 basis points — and mitigating losses from Covid-19 impacts. He served as a valued business partner to the CEO helping shape organizational and operational strategy, and guiding legal, compliance, insurance and risk management areas. He is best known for effective communication and team management: creating, managing, and developing large, remote, diverse and international teams across various cultures, languages and functions. 

Lionel graduated from the International Business School ESCE in France, majoring in Audit and Logistics, and received a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) professional qualification at the strategic level (3). 

An expert in complex financial systems, Lionel speaks four languages: Dutch, English, French and German. He resides in Texas with his wife and his four children. 

 

Allen

 

Allen Holman
Chief Information Officer and Chief Security Officer

Allen joined Inspirus in 2016, after 16 years with Inspirus’ parent company, Sodexo in the Benefits and Rewards USA division. A seasoned IT professional, he rose through the ranks from technical support and analysis to software development to operations, culminating in the role of Chief Technology Officer prior to transferring to Inspirus.

In his most recent role as Inspirus’ Senior Director of Information Technology, Allen was responsible for the creation of the Information Security department, helping to set IT budget and direction, and for coordinating infrastructure and service delivery for our clients and their employees.

Allen brings over 20 years’ experience in the field of information technology, with a specific expertise in operational management and strategic planning. He uses his technology acumen to drive innovation and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, flexible and secure. Additionally, his deep understanding of compliance, information security systems, payments, administrative systems, and client support services enable continuous operations improvement and business transformation.

An active participant in several community efforts, Allen is a board member and Secretary/Treasurer of Historic City Park and Secretary of BEACON House, both in Hagerstown, MD.

 

Terri

 

Terri Moore
Senior Vice President of People and Culture

Terri joined Inspirus in 2017 as the Senior Vice President of People and Culture. A tenured HR executive, she has extensive knowledge, more than 30 years of experience and an accomplished track record in developing and implementing people strategies and change management solutions.

A former vice president of human resources for Dean Foods Company, Terri applies her comprehensive business knowledge and significant field experience to evolve the Inspirus culture and further its vision to bring joy to work, one experience at a time. Terri earned a degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and has certifications in change and project management and various learning and development programs.

 

Theresa

 

Theresa Harkins-Schulz
Senior Vice President of Customer Experience & Product

Theresa brings experience from leading recognition programs and driving engagement at Fortune 500 organizations to her position as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience and Product. A visionary in human resource leadership, Theresa is an influential pioneer in the field of employee recognition. She identifies challenges and integrates solutions into the strategic fabric of an organization, creating long-lasting impact and success. Her passion is leading people and developing global solutions and strategies that align with their organizations’ cultural goals

As a dynamic business leader and a recognized expert in recognition, she led the development of the award-winning best-practice recognition program at Delta Air Lines. As Past President and Educational Board Chair for Recognition Professionals International, she led the development of a Certified Recognition Professional curriculum. Chances are, if you’ve spent any time learning how the best organizations recognize their employees, you’ve seen Theresa’s work in action.

She is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a degree in Public Health Education. She has Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designations. She uses all of that experience to translate business needs into tangible action plans, build organizational consensus, and execute goals on point, time and budget.

 

Paula

 

Paula Ambrozic
Vice President of Customer Success

As Vice President of Customer Success for Inspirus, Paula leads our Account Management and Contact Center teams with over 20 years of experience in the recognition industry. She joined Inspirus in 2013 and has distinguished herself as leader who focuses on exceedingly strong business process improvement, business development and communication skills. Paula’s strategic and tactical insight has helped drive financial performance in every area of the organization.

Paula’s work experience has included management roles in Customer Relations, Corporate Compliance, Event Management & Strategic Partnerships with both clients and vendors. Paula has worked across multiple categories of rewards and recognition including Customer Loyalty and Employee Recognition. Across these categories, Paula focuses on creating outcome-based solutions for her partners.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Waterloo in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and is a Certified Recognition Professional.
 

 

Lesa

 

Lesa Blakey
Vice President of Operations and Culture

Lesa joined Inspirus in 2004. Today, she serves as the Vice President of Operations and Culture, and manages the fulfillment, manufacturing, shipping and media services teams.

Lesa deftly manages these teams while also overseeing the company’s reward and recognition program — Rewards2Inspirus. Her benevolent jurisdiction also encompasses the C.A.R.E. Team (Creating a Rewarding Environment), a passionate and hardworking volunteer group responsible for employee recognition events, community service projects and building a culture of caring within the company.

Prior to her tenure at Inspirus, Lesa was an assistant controller for Master Meter Inc., where she handled the preparation of international consolidated financial statements, biannual audits and GAAP compliance.

Lesa earned her MBA from Texas Woman’s University. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Texas Christian University, where she received her BBA. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Fort Worth Human Resource Management Association. Lesa earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2011, and is also a Certified Recognition Professional.
