  • Company must be a new Inspirus customer, current customers are ineligible.  
  • Company must have 500 or more eligible monthly employees; eligible employees are defined as active employees who will be using the Connects platform. 
  • Signed Reservation Agreement and Master Services Agreement must be completed, with applicable signatures, no later than March 31, 2024. 
  • Statement of Work (SOW) completion and implementation start date must occur within 30 days of contract completion and go-live launch within 60 days of contract completion date.   
  • Rebate credit equal to the amount of implementation fee (dependent on total number of eligible employees) will be applied to 4th month invoice with any balance carrying over to subsequent invoices. 
  • Company must be in good financial standing with Inspirus at the time of rebate issuance. 
  • Offer ends March 31, 2024.
