This is the second time Andy has been bestowed this prestigious award (previously known as the Billye Smith award) — a testament to his genuine spirit, can do attitude and willingness to help others — the first being in 2010.
Andy was nominated by his manager, Theresa Harkins-Schulz, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Inspirus because he embodies Inspirus’ values of integrity, humility, professionalism, life integration and partnership, and captures the spirit of the organization. He was selected as this year’s winner because he lives the Inspirus values both at home, as wonderful family man to his wife Charlla and sons Charles and Sam, and at work as a visionary and strategic thinker. He is best known for using a systematic view of business and operations, which directed the experience framework for the Inspirus Celebrates program, guided the user experience for the Inspirus Connects platform, and contributed enormously to the recent ERP migration.

This coveted award, honoring one employee annually, was presented to Andy at Inspirus’ annual holiday celebration.
