FORT WORTH, Texas (September 17, 2009) — Diamond H, a leading provider of enterprise employee recognition solutions and service award programs, has been named as one of the leading providers of employee recognition and incentives service providers in the September issue of HRO Today Magazine.

The list, called the Annual Baker's Dozen List, is based on customer survey feedback data and on metrics around the breadth and depth of services. Quality of service is a key component to the customer survey and a critical area for making this prestigious list.

"We are honored to be ranked within the top four of this exclusive list of industry leading employee recognition service providers," stated Diamond H President Michael Cobb. "Our placement within the top of this list for a second straight year further signifies the success Diamond H has had in transforming to an end-to-end enterprise recognition company."

Diamond H's latest recognition innovations include the release of the Virtual Assistant 2.0 for the Inspirus Dimensions service award platform, and version 4.1 of its robust Inspirus Catalyst platform. Dimensions is Diamond H's legacy platform and offers some of the most personalized elements for service award recipients, while providing powerful reporting and administrative tools for service award program administrators.

The Catalyst platform is an enterprise employee recognition platform that is designed to deliver end-to-end recognition solutions for large enterprises. Some examples of program types supported on this platform include e-cards, nomination programs, pinnacle, on-the-spot, milestone, safety, wellness, surveys, performance-based rewards, as well as many others.

Because of this flexibility, clients are able to utilize the Catalyst platform to serve as a hub for recognition within their organization. One such client, Delta Air Lines, Inc. was recently awarded the 2009 Recognition Professionals International Best Overall Award for Recognition Best Practices. The Catalyst platform is the foundational component of Delta's recognition strategy, and is the core for recognition within the organization. Other clients, like Delta have utilized the innovative Catalyst platform to help foster a culture of recognition within their organization to better motivate and engage employees.

"Meeting the needs of our clients and future clients has always played an important part in our product development. Our placement on this list is a great testament to the hard working Diamond H team members and their efforts in serving clients and developing new products to fit their evolving needs," stated Cobb.

The HRO Today Baker's Dozen listing is an annual process in which a wide range of suppliers are examined for inclusion in the list. The 2009 listing is presented in the September issue of the magazine as well as on the HRO Today website.
