Diamond H Named to HRO Today's 2009 Winners' Circle for Employee Recognition
Firm Listed as a top Service Provider for Employee Recognition

FORT WORTH, Texas (February 27, 2009) —Diamond H, a leading provider of enterprise employee recognition and service award programs, has been named as one of the top three leading employee recognition and workforce performance providers in HRO Today Magazine.

"We're greatly honored to be placed on this prestigious list of top employee recognition providers," said Diamond H President Michael Cobb.

The company's latest industry innovation is its Inspirus Technology suite of platforms designed to deliver powerful reinforcement, recognition, and reward (R3) programs. R3 programs from across an organization can be centralized and further integrated to drive business objectives and deliver valuable results to the bottom line.

"Our placement on this list is the most recent demonstration of our leadership in applying cutting edge technology to workforce performance management solutions. Being named to HRO Today's Winners' Circle is a tribute to the leadership team who developed Inspirus Technology and to our clients who entrust us with their R3 programs," added Michael Cobb.

According to the magazine, the development of the Winners' Circle list was based on customer feedback as seen previously in HRO Today's Baker's Dozen lists. The annual Baker's Dozen list for Employee Recognition was compiled in September, 2008. According to the magazine it is assembled based on customer survey feedback data in which "quality of service is always the most heavily weighted category. Individual rankings are determined based on point assignment and weightings of questions and a predetermined algorithm that calculates the overall score based on breadth of service, size of programs offered, and quality of services."

Diamond H has programs at work in more than 350 organizations supporting more than one million enterprise users and providing millions of recognition impressions annually. Diamond H has utilized the knowledge of its industry experienced thought leaders to pioneer cutting-edge recognition concepts for personalizing service awards and web-based enterprise employee recognition administrative services.
