Diamond H Receives ISO Recertification
Company Commitment to Technology-Driven Customer Service Independently Confirmed

FORT WORTH, Texas (October 22, 2008) — Diamond H, a leading provider of total recognition and service award programs, has been recertified for the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 certificate, validating its commitment to this internationally recognized set of quality assurance system standards.

The company, which achieved its initial certification in 2004, successfully underwent extensive audits of its quality procedures and practices by BSI Management Systems leading to its recertification last month.

"This recertification shows that our entire organization is focused on quality and customer service," explained Diamond H CEO Peter Chambers. "ISO certification is the independent proof that we are not only committed to meeting customer expectations, but we have the technology and the certified policies and procedures in place to guarantee we do."

Chambers congratulated the company's ISO recertification team, which was led by Mike Tarpenning, Fulfillment Manager. "It takes leadership by our ISO recertification team, and constant hard work and dedication by everyone in the organization to ensure our adherence to our established quality procedures and practices."

Michael Cobb, company President, noted that the recertification process highlighted the company's growing use of technology to meet customer expectations for the delivery of reinforcement, recognition and reward (R3) solutions.

"Our latest industry innovation—our Inspirus Technology suite of products and services—centralizes an organization's R3 programs to simplify management and control costs," he added. "It's the most recent demonstration of our leadership in applying cutting edge technology to meeting our customers' demands for measurable workforce performance management solutions."
