Diamond H Receives ISO Recertification
Company Commitment to Technology-Driven Customer Service Independently Confirmed
FORT WORTH, Texas (October 22, 2008) — Diamond H, a leading provider of total recognition and service award programs, has been recertified for the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2000 certificate, validating its commitment to this internationally recognized set of quality assurance system standards.
The company, which achieved its initial certification in 2004, successfully underwent extensive audits of its quality procedures and practices by BSI Management Systems leading to its recertification last month.
"This recertification shows that our entire organization is focused on quality and customer service," explained Diamond H CEO Peter Chambers. Chambers congratulated the company's ISO recertification team, which was led by Mike Tarpenning, Fulfillment Manager.
