“Being named as a top recognition provider for 6 years in a row is a huge accomplishment. It speaks to the level of excellent service we provide our clients. Our goal is to always put our clients and their employees first—we are dedicated to making recognition moments sincere and meaningful because we know when this is done right, it improves employee engagement.”

HRO Today aggregates this data and assigns each question a weight, with special emphasis given to questions pertaining to the quality of customer service. These weights determine the final rankings, which are then published by HRO Today Magazine.
