Fort Worth, Texas—(July 23, 2019) Inspirus, a Sodexo Group company and leader in elevating employee experiences and optimizing organizational culture through people-focused solutions, is pleased to announce that new Chief Executive Officer Tatiana Frierson will take the helm of Inspirus and Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, USA, beginning July 23, 2019.
With more than 25 years of leadership in the business technology sector, Frierson has successfully implemented business strategies designed to drive robust market growth across many industries, including financial services, oil and gas, travel, transportation, and manufacturing. She spent 24 years at Dell (formerly Perot Systems Corporation) in senior leadership positions—including tenure as one of the division’s HR business partners and as client executive. Most recently, she was the account general manager of the oil and gas division at DXC Technology.
Frierson succeeds Mia Mends, who was instrumental in Sodexo’s acquisition of Inspirus and named chief administrative officer of Sodexo North America earlier this year. “It has been an incredible honor to serve as the CEO of Inspirus, bringing the company into the Sodexo family,” Mends said. “I am proud of the progress that we have made, and I believe that Tatiana will build on Inspirus’ legacy of client service. She is committed to people and culture, and she has the proven ability to navigate complex landscapes and lead through change. I transition the CEO role to Tatiana with confidence and optimism.”
Over the course of her career, Frierson has established a distinguished track record of identifying areas for cost improvement and integrating best practices into operating methodology. Her passion for excellence is reflected in her personal mantra: “Challenge conventional thinking.”
“We are very excited to have Tatiana join us and have complete confidence that she has the skills to drive our strategy and take us to the next level,” said Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Culture at Inspirus, Terri Moore.
Frierson earned her MBA in finance from Texas Christian University and bachelor’s degree in geology from the University of Texas. She is a certified Project Management Professional.
