Inspirus Ranked #1 Employee Recognition Service Provider in Industry
Inspirus ranked first as the top provider of employee recognition solutions by HRO Today Magazine
FORT WORTH, Texas (September 10, 2010) - Inspirus, a leading provider of enterprise workforce recognition solutions has been listed as the top provider of such services in the 2010 September issue of HRO Today Magazine.
The list, called the Annual Baker’s Dozen, is based on anonymous customer survey feedback data and on metrics around the breadth and depth of services offered by each employee recognition services provider. Quality of service is a key component to the customer survey and a critical area for making this prestigious list. Other categories assessed are the scope and scale of services offered.
To date Inspirus supports over 1 million employees within 300 different client organizations. Through its workforce recognition platforms, the company delivers solutions that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. The achievement of its clients’ success in these areas is a key area of focus and the barometer for measuring success. Other measurements utilized by Inspirus in helping its clients track success include employee participation rates, recognition contacts, and recognition impressions.
This placement as the top provider of employee recognition comes after the announcement earlier this year that the Texas-based company formerly known as Diamond H Recognition, was changing its name to “Inspirus.” This announcement came in tandem with the launch of a new logo, tagline and website that would better reflect the new services the company had been introducing and delivering over the past few years.
“Over time, the way we served our customers had changed and evolved. The industry has evolved and client’s needs have changed over the last decade – with increased demand for thought leadership to help create great places to work, scalable products and solutions to realize the value and top notch customer service support. The announcement of our new name and logo is meant to capture how we have evolved and what we now bring to the market to help companies inspire their employees,” stated Pete Chambers, Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Inspirus.
The expanded suite of services includes enterprise recognition solutions that are delivered through the Workforce Recognition platform. This compliments the existing Service Awards platform that has been known as a leading solution for providing personalized years of service recognition. Program types now supported on the Workforce Recognition platform include milestone recognition, e-cards, peer-to-peer or team nomination, onboarding, on-the-spot, manager action, pinnacle awards, award codes, surveys, customer generated recognition, safety, wellness, as well as many others.
“We are honored to be ranked first in the prestigious HRO Today Baker’s Dozen listing for employee recognition solutions. Our new tag line ‘creating best places to work,’ sums up our value proposition for every client. We have a new look, name, product lineup, and the industries top talent that is designed to deliver on this promise. Our placement on this list only solidifies that we are indeed creating a better place to work for our clients.” stated Inspirus President Michael Cobb.
