Inspirus CEO to Receive Women on the Move Award

Mends is among only 10 who will receive the award, which recognizes exceptional Houston women who exemplify the core values of TEW through their professional and civic achievements. 

The recipients will be honored on November 15 at the Bayou City Event Center in Houston during a luncheon, which serves as the primary source of funding for TEW’s scholarship fund and mentoring programs.

The list is based on employees’ anonymous responses to a survey about their levels of trust, pride and camaraderie at work, and out of the top 100 organizations, Inspirus placed 68th.

Published together with Fortune, the Best Small & Medium Workplaces rankings are based upon feedback from more than 52,000 employees at Great Place to Work–Certified companies. Employees completed the anonymous Trust Index© survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, including, for example, their assessment of the honesty and quality of communication by managers, degree of support for employees' personal and professional lives and the authenticity of relationships with colleagues.

IDG’s Computerworld Names Inspirus to 2016 List of 100 Best Places to Work in IT

FORT WORTH, Texas – (June 20, 2016) For the third time in as many months, Fort Worth-based Inspirus has been named to a “2016 Best Workplaces” list. First came the Best Companies to Work for in Texas, followed by the nation’s 50 Best Workplaces for Giving Back. Today, IDG’s Computerworld announces Inspirus as one of the 2016 Best Places to Work in IT, ranking it No. 25 among organizations with fewer than 1,000 employees.

This year marks Inspirus’ debut on this annual ranking of the top 100 work environments for technology professionals. The recognized organizations, which challenge their IT staffs while providing great benefits and compensation, will be included in coverage in Computerworld along with results from the 23rd annual Best Places to Work in IT survey.

Inspirus Named One of Best Workplaces for Giving Back

FORT WORTH, Texas – (May 5, 2016) The results are in, and Inspirus has been named one of the nation’s 50 Best Workplaces for Giving Back, a new ranking by Great Place to Work® and media partner Fortune.

 Inspirus ranked 34th on the list, which recognizes companies that give their employees the chance to make a positive impact both on and off the job.

 Some 240,000 employee assessment surveys were analyzed from nearly 600 companies in a diverse range of industries. Employees rated their sense that they make a difference in their jobs, the meaningfulness of their work and the impact they feel their organizations make in the community. The list also took into account the generosity of the companies’ community-oriented programs relative to their size and revenue.

New Technology Expands Its Employee Engagement Technology and Program Reach
