HRO Today Names Inspirus a Top Recognition Provider for 10th Year in a Row

Fort Worth, Texas – (September 19, 2017) For the 10th consecutive year, HRO Today Magazine has named Inspirus a top recognition provider in its Baker's Dozen Survey. As the Benefits and Rewards Services entity in the U.S. for Sodexo, Inspirus’ mission — to bring joy to work, one experience at a time — and business purpose is focused on the employee experience. Acquired by Sodexo in 2016, Inspirus seeks to influence the employee experience through its six Quality of Life dimensions: recognition, health and well-being, personal growth, physical environment, social interaction, and ease and efficiency.

“Being named as a top recognition provider for a decade is an honor for Inspirus. It’s indicative of the quality of service we provide our clients as well as our passion for creating meaningful employee experiences,” said Mia Mends, CEO of Inspirus and Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services, USA. “We believe employees are the foundation of workplace culture, and their everyday experiences are key to an organization’s success. When employees feel valued, they enjoy coming to work, they invest in building meaningful workplace relationships, they connect to the company’s mission, and internalize the company’s objectives. Putting employees first ultimately drives performance and corporate culture.”

The 2017 Baker’s Dozen Survey is a compilation of anonymous customer feedback captured by a survey which is then analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, size of deals and quality of service. HRO Today accumulates the data by weighing each question and category based on importance and using a predetermined algorithm. The scores are calculated in each subcategory, and the companies are then ranked overall according to the highest scores.

Inspirus’ mission and business purpose is focused on the employee experience.  Inspirus begins with the premise that people should feel included, valued, heard and connected. Being recognized by clients is a testament to the company’s commitment to client success and satisfaction. Inspirus will continue to do what they do best – bring joy to work, one experience at a time.
