FORT WORTH, Texas – (September 19, 2016) For the ninth consecutive year, Inspirus has once again been named as a top recognition provider by HRO Today Magazine’s Baker’s Dozen Survey. Inspirus is a market leader in the recognition category, with an employee engagement platform that combines recognition with global rewards, well-being, learning, safety, and engagement measurement. That’s what Inspirus does every day as part of Sodexo’s Quality of Life Services offerings.
The 2016 Baker’s Dozen Survey is a compilation of anonymous customer feedback which is then analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes and quality. HRO Today accumulates the data by weighing each question and category based on importance and using a predetermined algorithm. The scores are calculated in each subcategory, and the companies are then ranked overall according to the highest scores. The top 13 companies get published by HRO Today Magazine.
Inspirus helps market-leading companies across the globe motivate their employees through one point of interaction for everyone — employees, managers, and administrators — continuing a decades long mission to bring joy to work, one experience at a time.
