Inspirus Continuing to Enforce Mask Wearing Despite Texas Lift

Fort Worth, Texas — (March 8, 2021) — Inspirus LLC, a Sodexo Group company and leader in elevating employee experiences and optimizing organizational culture through people-focused solutions, declares it is putting its people first and will continue to enforce the wearing of masks and all other Covid-19 safety protocol even though the state of Texas is lifting its mandate, and increasing capacity of all businesses and facilities back to 100 percent.

“Whether you have personally experienced Covid-19 or not, we all know people who have contracted it, some who were very sick or sadly did not survive it. Our employees who began working remote nearly one year ago, will continue to do so until we determine it is the appropriate and safe time for them to return to the office,” says Terri Moore, Senior Vice President of People and Culture at Inspirus, Sodexo Benefits and Rewards Services. “Our decision to continue to protect our people to the very best of our ability is our responsibility as a company and as leaders. Every person and every life counts.”

Inspirus has also supported employees during this crisis by adding a Covid sick pay policy, allowing flexibility in working hours and providing stress relief and fun by hosting online workouts, sharing mental health tips and fun virtual contests. Moore adds, “In February, when we experienced the winter storm in Texas that left many of our people with no power, no internet or burst pipes, we let them know that they would be paid for any days missed through our inclement weather pay policy. The last thing our people needed to worry about was missing income.”
