As the new vice president of Client Services, Kathi Feczko will oversee the Implementation, Account Management and Client Services teams and apply her experience in leading high performing teams in collaboration with organizational growth and client retention targets. Kathi has had a progressive career as SVP, Sales Operations for a leading global relocation management company serving the HR technology and global mobility needs of Fortune 500 and large private companies. “Inspirus is dedicated to customer service excellence. Ramesh Chaturvedi will serve as Vice President of Products. An accomplished product management and development executive with more than 20 years of experience, he demonstrates a deep client focus and has built successful customer partnerships leading to revenue growth. Ramesh has keen analytical, technical and financial modeling skills, and is a co-inventor of ten U.S. and International issued patents in the areas of peer-to-peer communication and hardware data security. “The success of our products and solutions is paramount to our clients and our business. Vineet Rao joined Inspirus as the Vice President of Technology, reporting to Tim Hough. Vineet has held various IT leadership roles – most recently at American Airlines. He has significant experience in supporting various parts of the business including HR functions, employee recognition, network planning, revenue management, pricing, and fraud identification. “Vineet excels at building trust-based partnerships within the business, vendors and technology. His ability to streamline and simplify varying processes is unparalleled and will be a valuable asset as Inspirus continues to optimize its solutions and services,” commented Tim Hough CIO at Inspirus.
